When Should I Arrive for My Appointment?
In order to enhance your experience with us, we ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time. If you are a first-time patient to our practice, please complete the Patient History form and bring it with you to your appointment.
What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
Out of respect for our other clients, we require a 24 hour cancellation notice or a charge may apply.
Do You Sell Gift Certificates?
Gift certificates are available for any denomination.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
Payment in full is expected at the time of service. To better accommodate you we accept cash, check, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and CareCredit (please see our dedicated web page for more information about CareCredit).
Other Helpful Information
Physical Concerns: Concerns relating to pregnancy, impaired mobility, allergies, recent surgeries or medical conditions should be discussed with our providers prior to your visit.
Your Comfort: If at any time during your treatment, you do not feel comfortable with the temperature, pressure or technique being used; please do not hesitate to advise your service provider. They will appreciate being able to make your visit more comfortable.
